位置挺好的 錫山區東亭沒什麼好的酒店，這家經濟型酒店挺舒服的 房間大也挺乾淨的 就是早餐挺簡單的.雖然在地鐵高架旁邊.都是隔音玻璃做的挺好的 基什麼聲音能接受.還可以看見地鐵開過去.

每次來朋友都安排那裡，乾淨房間大，主要離我家近，樓下還有吃飯的地方，方便很多，檔次也不低了，包廂吃飯也不低

感覺真的很一般。前台服務説話特別僵硬 給人不舒服的感覺。另外房間也特別舊，也不太乾淨的感覺。總之不想再住了。

服務態度極其惡劣，前台經理一點職業操守都沒有還做什麼服務行業，叫我隨便去投訴，進酒店已經掃過行程碼健康碼了前台服務疏漏沒有做好登記，很晚了洗好澡睡著了又被前台電話吵醒，説是非讓我們下樓再掃一次，因為有長者我叫酒店拿行程碼上來給我們掃，前台説是衹有一個人來不了，下來一看前台有兩個人，保安有好幾個，手機沒電了關機前台連跟充電線都沒有，叫我們家的長者自己上樓充電再下來掃，態度非常沒有耐心，洗手間馬桶裏麪還有💩，房間窗户也是爆掉的，幾個房間的電視機也打不開的，要工作人員來開關調適才能開，一塌糊塗再也不會來了。

房間很不錯，服務態度也好。就是給我的房間太靠邊了，靠近地鐵軌道，稍微有些吵。看我一家三口，前台還主動給我一張早餐券，早餐也挺豐富的，就是拿完菜要走十幾米才到用餐地方，這點稍微有一些不方便。總體來説在五一黃金週，這個價格已經非常不錯的。一家好酒店。
