very nice and modern hotel/ the rooms are big and clean, the breakfast is good. the location is a bit far from the center but there is a metro line near the hotel/ the staff do not know english which makes it hard to comunicate

After two days of booking, the customer service reported that the shower ceiling spray was broken on the day of check-in. The engineer came the next day and said there was no problem and there was no repair. Shower rack fell off. The bedside wallpaper was scratched. The toothbrush storage, TV, and hair dryer definitely don't match the five-star ones. Hygiene reference moldy toothbrush cups and stained chairs.
