It's an OK hotel due to be a 5 star rating, did i expected more, probably yes.
Is it worth? Definitely. the room is spacious and has at least mine, a great view.
The free ticket to visit the cherry blossom park was really a nice surprise unexpected.
Check in and check out flawless.
My rank 3 star on facilities was due parking lot, i spent 15 minutes to find a vacancy lot. Hotel makes probably conventions/seminars and in the end, the guest has to suffer in hunting a parking space (i just knew had other parking area when i checked out, please, the 2 parking space should be connected in some way or better information about the 2nd parking lot).

提前半個月預訂 和網上客服申請了2間房要在一起的。入住前的當天下午打電話確認2房在一個樓層 。實際情況:晚上20:30辦理入住，衹能先給出一間房，另一間房還沒打掃衞生。（給出的理由是2間房要在同一樓層的衹有這麼2間了，否則就得分開在不同的樓層了）溝通後保證半小時打掃完成。先入住了一間，但 所謂已打掃好的房間 枕頭上有長長的根頭髮。太泥心了。回到一樓交涉，前台道歉並換了其他樓層的2間房間且馬上能入住，所以又有了疑問為什麼剛開始説衹剩這麼2間了。完全是欺騙性質。另外回到有頭髮的舊房間取行李準備換房間的時候來了1男1女兩服務員，要求進來看房間的頭髮，看了就直接朝房間地上扔了頭髮，連句客氣的話都沒有。第二天退房後1小時收到酒店電話問我入住感受如何，我説不好 。回覆我去了解一下，就掛電話了。
