Is 18 degree water acceptable for a hot bath? Imagine going to a new room and the same problem happens. Then, a representative from the hotel comes to your room and says that 18 degree water is normal.
This is the worst service I’ve ever had a hotel and I’m including one star hotels. They lied to my face and refused to provide a room with warm water.
My girlfriend and I were so pissed, we wanted to leave. They offered to let us go only if forfeited the right to leave a review. We decided to stay in part to write this review.
This place clearly has plumbing issues and rather than fix it, they just take the PR hit. Also, the breakfast is not 5 star quality.

白瞎了這麼好的地段， 和老美留下來的硬件；
服務完全跟不上， 午飯餐廳13:30 關閉，大廳常備方便麪，很多老太太旅行團， 嚴重不推薦

設施：曾經是希爾頓旗下的五星級酒店，經過三年疫情設施非常破*，牆皮脱落。酒店昏暗，園林年久失修。浴缸遭受了風吹日曬。躺椅上有污漬。中央空調聲音非常大，無法入睡。衞生間沒有排氣扇。衞生間非常滑，差點滑倒。百葉窗升不上去。
衞生：陽台上的沙發躺椅和腳凳都有非常非常明顯的大塊污漬。
環境：靠着以前老美希爾頓留下來的酒店空殼子，吃老本，過日子。酒店完全沒有一點想要好好維護的痕跡。
服務：除了租借自行車的大叔非常好心之外。其餘前台有一個算一個特別*。特別是前台經理，這也能做服務人員？完全沒有經過專業的培訓，非常有失五星級酒店的服務水準。住過這麼多家五星級酒店，這家太悦近千元錢價格，非常不配。避雷！

優點:房間確實不小，大堂很氣派，感覺這酒店至少一半投資用來建大堂了。缺點:地理位置很偏，基本沒有外賣；設施比較老；客房樓狹長，從酒店大堂到我住的房間走了有1公里，沒誇張；服務不到位，比如房間內各種開關無標示，你不知道哪個開關管哪個，比如早餐在二樓，但是你不能電梯直達，需先到一樓大堂，然後再從大堂到二樓餐廳，這些房間內沒任何提示。

非常中肯的説，酒店的設施標準是按萬豪那種來的，關鍵年代久遠，有點老舊，但還是乾淨整潔（除了馬桶房間的周圍清潔的不是很好）。小童樂園不開放，游泳池也維修，人很少，來的基本都是老年人，所以他們不在乎這些設施。但是這麼老的房子，沒有味道或者説基本沒異味，這個是很好的

酒店坐落於太湖邊，典型的依山傍水，雖然裝修略微陳舊，但服務很好，還有自行車可以騎行，體力好點的話可以在酒店後面的山上走走，可以看到好多楊梅樹，風景不錯！
