We love the Crowne Plaza and always try to book ourselves there when we’re on vacation. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. They are near the mall so there are a lot of restaurants nearby to try. I love taking walks by the lake. Beautiful!

We only booked 1 night to explore the city. Upon arrival the reception told us we have to go do a PCR test (although we had a valid 24hr test when checking in). We went from one testing site to another, nowhere could they help us because we weren’t registered living in Wuxi. Then they told us we don’t need a test because we are leaving again the next day. We spent our whole day looking for a PCR testing site - didn’t get to do anything else.
Rooms were good, just extremely hot. Even when you turn the airconditioner on, the room was about 26 degrees the whole time.

Was close to the Wuxi aquarium and shopping mall and an amusement park but to be honest not too many other things to do nearby.
Were a lot of customers in the hotel which caused the breakfast buffet to be full. Had to wait in line for a seat.
Staff is friendly and hotel is very clean. For 2-3 days is perfect to stay.

I chose to stay in this hotel again. I contacted the housekeeper I added before in advance to inform the needs of this stay. The housekeeper Daisy responded and arranged it quickly, and the efficiency was super good.
Facilities: I found that the hotel lobby bar was open this time, which made it more convenient to have afternoon tea when traveling. Swimming pool, convenience store, children's playground, fitness facilities are all available.
Hygiene: Very clean, the housekeeper can clean as required.
Environment: Helped to arrange an upgraded room, the location is great!
Service: The housekeeper and staff are still very enthusiastic! Good reviews!
Next time I have the opportunity to bring friends to vacation together, absolutely!
