We love the Crowne Plaza and always try to book ourselves there when we’re on vacation. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. They are near the mall so there are a lot of restaurants nearby to try. I love taking walks by the lake. Beautiful!

We only booked 1 night to explore the city. Upon arrival the reception told us we have to go do a PCR test (although we had a valid 24hr test when checking in). We went from one testing site to another, nowhere could they help us because we weren’t registered living in Wuxi. Then they told us we don’t need a test because we are leaving again the next day. We spent our whole day looking for a PCR testing site - didn’t get to do anything else.
Rooms were good, just extremely hot. Even when you turn the airconditioner on, the room was about 26 degrees the whole time.

Was close to the Wuxi aquarium and shopping mall and an amusement park but to be honest not too many other things to do nearby.
Were a lot of customers in the hotel which caused the breakfast buffet to be full. Had to wait in line for a seat.
Staff is friendly and hotel is very clean. For 2-3 days is perfect to stay.

Staying in the parent-child suite of Crowne Plaza Wuxi Sunac is definitely an unforgettable experience! The room design is full of childlike fun, spacious and bright, and the details reflect the care for children. From the cute children's bed to the rich toys, the little baby has a lot of fun. Special mention should be made of the housekeeper Tianbao. His service is meticulous. From check-in to check-out, he took care of us throughout the whole process and solved our various needs in time, making this journey more relaxing and enjoyable. In short, whether it is hardware facilities or service level, Crowne Plaza Wuxi Sunac makes people feel at home, and it is highly recommended to families with children!
