We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

Very warm welcome from day 1 and each day for the duration of my stay. The food was excellent and the service was first class. The facility was clean and well maintained.

The room was clean and fairly new. Buffet breakfast was great with good variety of food.

Very big hotel.. clean and good locations for shopping. Staff of front desk are goods but staff of the breakfast restaurant not in good communications politely..

I stay at 50th floor, nice view. No building have taller than you.
The staff here also do their jobs, which is very good.
Shopping around for sight seeing and hang-out after work. Close to the main railway station. Good.

Had a wonderful stay. Friendly and efficient service. Excellent breakfast with a huge variety of options to suit everyone’s tastes. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
The only disappointment was that the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were out of service. Hence the 4 for amenities… otherwise I would have rated a 5.

Extremely terrible experience ever and unbelievable that it’s Hyatt Regency brand. Two things made me curious and not happy. Hope to get the hotel management team aware.
First, The maintenance engineer mentioned we closed the air conditioner coz the such weather cannot apply when I voiced out the room temperature was too high.
Second, they sent the wine glass and wine opener separately but I requested together and they said we were different team and the wine opener was broken. I waited at least 20mins and opened room door twice.
What a joke!

I always stay at the Hyatt Regency when I am in Wuxi. It's convenient, clean and the service is wonderful. The rooms have a lovely view. The breakfast is amazing with plenty of western options.

I had the regency suite on the 64 floor, awesome viel at night and Everything was perfect and the staffs were always helpful when you need them, would definitely visit again 💯💯💯
