Excellent customer service. In particular, Ms Tangyuan at the Front Desk who has gone extra miles to help us. We have a wonderful stay at Wuxi, thanks to the hospitality, services by the hotel.

We had a great and relaxing time at Atour. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a wonderful city view at night. The location is excellent, and it was easy for us to go anywhere in Wuxi. What stood out to us the most were the staff: They were nice, accommodating, and provided excellent recommendations to restaurants and sightseeing spots. We were able to check in early so that we could start sightseeing right after we got off the train! Thank you for giving us a wonderful time, 柏辰, 小乐, 千叶, 优格, 韩函! Room is nice, clean and functional. Our family especially love the bed and pillows. The location is very right in the city Centre. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very enjoyable. The only downside is the lift. There is only one lift in the hotel. So lots of traffics in peak time.

I met with 2 pretty girls at front desk of hotel (one is Tangyuan, another call Baichen), they have good service experiences and attitude to serve every customer who came to hotel. I have good memories with them. I will book this hotel once we go to Wuxi of China again.

This hotel is in an excellent central location near public transport links. There is plenty around it. It stands out as a budget hotel that takes pride in offering a service beyond that normally expected of a budget hotel. The rooms are just the right size and well designed. There is a very good shower which, unusually for a hotel, does not leak. The soaps and shampoos are nice. The towels are very good for a hotel in this price range as is the linen on the comfortable beds. There are blackout curtains and the rooms are quiet. I liked the way there were four bottles of water (and I was given another at checkout). The staff were helpful and pleasant, including a couple of the cleaning staff who I met in the corridor. I will not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Wuxi. Minor issues were the lack of a fridge (I like cold water) and a bizarre room numbering system. For example 8512 in on 5F. I'm not sure what the 8 is for.

The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk from the city center subway station. The room is clean, the front desk staff Bochen and Coco are warm and thoughtful, and it is a very good experience.

I booked Sanyang Atour Hotel in Wuxi during the Dragon Boat Festival. It has a great location, opposite to Plaza 66, and is very convenient for eating and traveling. I was directly upgraded to a superior room when I checked in. Thank you Xiaole at the front desk, as well as Bochen and Coco. I will consider staying at this hotel next time!

The room is large, fully equipped, and the staff is very friendly. It's very quiet to sleep at night, and the transportation is very convenient. The subway station is just opposite, and there are many shopping malls around. It is very easy to shop and dine. It is located in the city center, and the scenery is beautiful when shopping at night.
