The service all over is very good. Have great breakfast experience.

The buffet breakfast was enjoyable. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, and showed great enthusiasm in their service even they could not communicate in English. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location next to a large mall made it effortless to find a variety of dining options nearby. On the whole, I was pleased with the overall level of service provided. One area for improvement, however, was the air conditioning system, which tended to produce noticeable noise. Furthermore, there were occasions when I detected an unfamiliar odor (smoke) within the room, but I was uncertain of its source. Staff also could not help to resolve for those.

The attention to detail in the decor was evident, and it made for an incredibly inviting and comfortable environment. The staff at Hotel Usuites were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was warmly greeted and made to feel like a valued guest. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, and their dedication to exceptional service truly stood out. The location of Hotel Usuites was ideal, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or discover its cultural treasures, I found myself conveniently situated to do so. All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. The stunning view, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location combined to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a hotel that promises a delightful stay with an unbeatable view, I highly recommend Hotel Usuites.

Hair dryer was not easily available and the metro station close to the apartment was closed for repair, but otherwise it was good.

When I booked this service apartment, I didn't put a high up expectation on it. However, it was better than what I expect and generally the place is clean and good location. Recommend for budget travelers.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. It’s close to restaurants and shopping. Got a free upgrade to a bigger room and beds. Breakfast is delicious with many choices. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel I chose for this trip really gave me a lot of surprises, and I must praise it! 📍The location is excellent, the transportation is super convenient, and the surrounding shopping malls and attractions are close at hand, making travel very convenient. 🛏The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the facilities are complete and intelligent, the lighting and curtains are very convenient to adjust, and it is particularly comfortable to live in. 👩🍳The hotel's restaurant is also great, with a rich variety of breakfasts, delicious taste, and fresh ingredients. 💁♂️The service of the staff is impeccable. From check-in to check-out, you can feel their enthusiasm and professionalism in every link, and any problems can be quickly solved. This is a very satisfactory accommodation experience. I will choose this hotel first in the future, and I also recommend it to friends who have travel plans!

The room is spacious, clean and has a wide view. I took my children to participate in the drone competition. It is about a ten-minute walk from the sports center. It is next to the MixC, which is very convenient for eating.

The waiter was of low quality and spoke rudely to the elderly, which was a bad experience! The elderly could not get into the room without a room card, so he asked for help from the front desk. Not only did they not warmly welcome and assist the elderly, but they also doubted whether the elderly were staying in the hotel. This is the first time I have felt that the service of a Wuxi hotel is so low!
