整體最滿意的就是位置，就在靈山勝境的入口處，走過去5.6分鐘就到
衞生還可以吧，房間還挺寬敞，在弄堂裏，也挺靜的，可以價位比較低的，屋內不給配礦泉水，需要自己準備
房主那有香火，去拜大佛的話，可以從房東那請，價格也比較合理

攜程定了這麼多酒店，這次忍不住差評，也希望商家重視，住客能看到避雷，3月份在該民宿訂了一個親子房（上下兩張床），入住一晚，首先民宿離景區停車場很近，出了弄堂口一會就到了，位置可以，夜晚空調比較靠譜，但是上下樓木地板，樓道里走進走出聲音多，隔音不好，房間內不提供瓶裝水（但有燒水壺，沒喝），拖鞋是公用的塑料拖，其他洗漱用品看着像是小旅館用的比較廉價（均未使用），毛巾浴巾上有黑色雜碎顆粒（也未使用，後面商家有沒有換不知道，不存在一客一換，我住的這天毛巾存在這個問題是沒換，不知道我沒用過下一個住客用的還是不是這個毛巾），平時外面住一般都不用酒店提供的東西，都自帶，床單是白色的，第二天醒來小腿有幾處疙瘩，剛開始衹是覺得癢，以為自己會消退下去，也沒特別在意，過了幾天越來越癢，疙瘩處變紅腫，問了一下醫生，診斷是丘疹型蕁麻疹！當天是穿着短袖和短褲睡的，完全沒想到這家民宿衞生方面做得這麼不合格！我當時還傻傻的問商家説用品都是乾淨的嗎？肯定回答是乾淨的，再次強調一下，我住的是親子房，衹睡了下鋪，上鋪沒有任何使用，我退房後估摸着看上鋪沒動過也不會去更換，其他房間沒住過不知道可能也會存在這種問題，訂房的住客必須要看一下！實在實在是太過分了！不管住宿定位如何，衞生問題永遠首位，你可以不提供其他產品服務，但是，衞生放在首位！如果不整改，會向相關部門反應！

性價比高。老闆服務熱情。有啥需求都耐心幫忙解決，知道有長者一起，特地安排了低樓層的房間給長者。離大佛入口幾百米距離，同距離的名宿基本都要300以上了。一次性訂了2間，都很乾凈。唯一一個缺點，浴室沒有通風設施，導致冬天房間都有點潮濕。

就是民房，和拈花灣景點離得有些遠，主要是起的名字以為是景點的酒店，還要擋車走些距離。我感覺馬桶洗的不是很乾凈。

房間可以清潔、温馨。前台女士服務熱情負責。離靈山景區超近，對面就是，右手邊有小型超市和吃麪和小籠包等麪食。

工作人員服務很好態度也很好，但是説實話這個房間650真的挺貴的，衞生間水池有返臭，房間地面也是灰，礦泉水也沒有，房間裏面主燈不亮，位置也是農村裡的那種旅館，去年國慶我們住在前面比這個新設施比這個好的酒店也才4.500，所以這個價格配比房間的設施是真的貴了
