The staff is friendly they'll try to help anyway they can, they offer Chinese buffet in the hotel with a coffee machine yo make your coffee the way you like.
The rooms are tidy and clean and you even have a fast phone charger that you can borrow for your stay.
Metro station is not that far, and the station is close to several sightseeing spots. It's in a neighborhood with a good variety of local shops so you can eat o buy things close by.

很少給差評，但是大熱天的空調製冷效果太差了，換了兩次還是這樣，大家避雷吧，大夏天空調不行真的沒辦法睡好覺，折騰到兩點，一邊出汗一邊睡覺，一夜過去了，室內温度才27度，前台反映也冷淡。不推薦這家。還有小紙條到處有，不知道酒店怎麼管理的，套着錦江的牌吧，並不是真正的錦江之星，加盟套牌的

先説停車 酒店有地下停車場 從酒店所在的小區大門口進去 然後可以通到酒店大堂 重點是 停車場不通電梯 需要走樓梯上去 腿腳不方便或者有重量級行李的請注意 再説入住 訂房時候送了一份提前入住（10點可以入住） 我是當天下午4點50左右到的 辦入住的時候前台跟保潔通過對講機聯繫確認以後給了我6樓一個房間 上去 發現根本沒打掃 下來溝通之後被告知要等半小時左右 投訴到攜程 經過大概不到10分鐘的交涉 給了我一個4樓的房間 進去之後發現是內窗 繼續投訴 又是經過十分鐘左右等待 再次給了我一個6樓房間 而且是剛打掃的 地面還沒幹 説個細節 在我第一次下樓交涉的時候 有位先生 也是下來換房的 理由是他的房間也是剛打掃 甚至還有煙味 不過好在這次給我的房間 味道可以接受 前後折騰我半個多小時 才住下 咱也不知道酒店是怎麼個情況 不打掃 還是打掃不過來 也從側面説明 攜程送的提前入住 基本就是個p 該住不上還是住不上 至於別的 早餐還可以

總的來説這次的體驗感特差，差評，首先説一下房間，我下單的時候系統自動送了升級房型，到店後前台並沒有給我升級，後面還是我提醒了才升級的。但所謂的升級還不如不升，給升了最頂頭房間進去有一股異味。電視打不開，前台來幫忙打開後講衹能搜尋到1-6個頻道其他的看不了，更談不上網絡電視了。給升級的815不僅是頂頭的房間，而且是靠馬路的，早上五六點就被路上各種喇叭聲和隔壁刷牙洗臉的水龍頭聲吵醒。小卡片也沒人管了一晚上扔了幾波，讓我總覺得門外有人。第三，這個酒店周邊沒什麼吃的玩的（這個我自己本身知道，因為圖的是酒店環境，不是周邊）。我是工作日到無錫辦事，198一間房不含早飯，但是這次體驗感特差，週五開始一間房400多了，果斷換了其他酒店住。
