This time, I went to Nianhua Bay and Lingshan Shengjing with my mother. I chose Yunhe Yebo Hotel. Xiao Song from the hotel was very enthusiastic and the service was very thoughtful. The hotel provided scenic spot pick-up and drop-off, and there was a foot bath when I returned to the hotel at night. In short, this trip was very smooth. If I come again, I will choose Yunhe Yebo. After booking, I called in advance to confirm whether there were any vehicle charging piles. I was told that there were 7 municipal charging piles at the door, and they could reserve a seat for me in advance, which was very considerate. When I checked in at the hotel, I was told that I was upgraded to a duplex family room for free, which was great. There were two beds downstairs, a large bed upstairs, two bathrooms, and it was cleaned very cleanly. I was so happy. The breakfast was quite rich, and the elderly at home felt very good. I especially want to praise that the attitude of every service staff in the hotel was really very good, making people feel at home.

To be honest, this is the most satisfactory hotel I have ever stayed in. I have experienced the service that I have never experienced in all the hotels I have stayed in. We arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock in the afternoon. As soon as we arrived at the door, the staff greeted us at the door and helped us with our luggage. At the front desk, a young lady helped us pour a few glasses of cold sour plum juice. It was really hot on this day, and a glass of sweet and sour plum juice was absolutely comfortable. The front desk helped us upgrade the room for free and took us to the room. Because we came here by taxi, they have a shuttle bus to pick us up, which just saved us the trouble of taking a taxi. The best thing is coming, because we went there early and wanted to go back to the hotel early after shopping, so I wanted to call the hotel to ask if we could go back early. The hotel immediately agreed and sent a car to pick us up. How many hotels can provide such good service. When we arrived at the door, someone greeted us and served us white fungus soup, and told us that they had prepared two foot bath buckets for us to relieve fatigue. This really exceeded my expectations. Everything is for the guests. There is one downside, the soundproofing is a bit poor, I could hear the old lady chattering early in the morning, this needs to be improved, the breakfast is also quite rich, everything you need, especially the pumpkin is soft, sticky and sweet, absolutely good. When checking out, the front desk helped us prepare mineral water and snack gift boxes for us to drink on the way, it was really thoughtful, if I hadn't had enough time, I really wanted to stay for two more days, and bring my parents to stay next time, and I hope this hotel will do better and better.
