位置很方便，像在一個小區裏，裏面都是一棟棟的小房子，很多民宿，附近吃飯方便，有一家十足便利店，過馬路就是靈山停車場。老闆一家挺和氣的，衞生還算乾淨，就是衞生間裏沒有燈，晚上洗澡要藉著房間的燈，洗澡水倒是很大。早飯是老闆娘自己煮的稀飯，有小菜、玉米、雞蛋、包子、燒麥、米糕。
周圍環境不吵很安靜，但是房間隔音差點，我們住的那天本來沒什麼人很安靜，但是晚上十一點多來了個女的，先是和老闆在三樓公共區域説話把我吵醒了，後面又上下樓樓梯咚咚咚特別吵，然後是開很大聲音跟人聊天，一直到夜裡一點我實在受不了了敲她門説她，才小聲，後面她洗漱水聲傳到我這也特別大聲，一直到她歇下我才能安靜入睡，那時候已經夜裡兩點多了，我真的是崩潰死了！
還有床頭的充電口這個藍燈真的好刺眼好影響睡眠，我衹能側身背對這麪睡無法平躺，建議店家找個膠布把這個燈貼上遮擋一下
