I rarely comment on hotels I booked on Ctrip before, but this time I am speechless. I am posting this to let everyone avoid it. The room was terrible! Very very very bad service! ! ! 1. There are two floors upstairs and downstairs. When the air conditioner is turned on, the temperature difference between the two floors is ten degrees! It's so hot upstairs, and so cold downstairs 2. We booked a family room that can accommodate 4 people, and the breakfast is also for 4 people, but they only gave 2 sets of water and toiletries in the room, and they charged extra for them. 3. I asked the front desk if I could check out later, but she said no, it had to be at 12:00 because there were other guests staying. I later saw that the check-out time on Ctrip was 14:00, so I showed it to her and she said it was okay. And when I checked out, many rooms were empty. 4. There was no refrigerator in the room. I called and they said I could get the refrigerator from the kitchen from the front desk. I took it to the front desk and a woman and a man came to collect it. When I took it back, the woman said she had never collected it before! She was also very slow when it came to getting the milk. We told her we were in a hurry to catch the bus and asked her to hurry up, but she still said, "You are so funny!" I have never seen such a "funny" front desk!

I think the most worthwhile thing is this environment. When traveling during the Spring Festival, it is impossible to eat. Although the B&B has its own restaurant, the simplest meal at lunch time has to wait for more than an hour, which is really unacceptable for tourists with families. Breakfast is also relatively simple, porridge, steamed buns, steamed buns, eggs and pickles, which is enough to keep you full. The stairs in the loft room are too steep, almost straight up and down, which is very inconvenient and dangerous for the elderly and young children. The sound insulation is not good, the air conditioner is extremely hot upstairs and cold downstairs, and it will be very noisy when someone talks in the corridor, making it impossible to have a good rest. There are many hotels nearby, and it is within a 20-minute drive from Lingshan Giant Buddha and Nianhua Bay. The location is very good. The front desk and boss are very welcoming. Overall, the environment is great, but the living experience is average. Maybe the off-season is more suitable to come here.
