酒店環境沒有想象的好，健身房變成了晾衣架，酒店內部設施也比較老舊，早餐也不豐富，房間裏有兩個門鎖是有問題的，應該是很久沒有人使用了。整體感覺比較失望！

服務水平非常差，我們開了4間房，服務員語言冷漠，每個房間二瓶水，想要第三瓶水，要付款，也就是説一個人一天就衹有一瓶500毫升的水。住房要壓金。早餐更不用説的差了，品種少，陳舊荼，。難聽一點説。就是豬吃的。怪不得那麼大的4星酒店沒有幾個人住。今生再也不住這個冷血老闆開的酒店了。

1.訂的大床房，結果是兩張小床拼的，如果沒有房間的情況下我能理解，結果不是，空房間很多！問前台説他知道，你是欺負本地人還是當我外地人？2.空調水箱的聲音大家有機會去參觀一下626房間！能睡着算你贏！3.凌晨兩點換的房，床正常了，空調聲音正常了，洗手盆不出水！非常非常非常生氣！！！
