This hotel was recommended by a local friend in Wuxi. It is located in the city center and has a good location. We especially like the design of the room, which is grand and bright. Many facilities inside are brand products, even the kettle is Panasonic, with first-class quality. The breakfast is a buffet with a variety of varieties, clean and tidy, and even wet towels are available, which is very meticulous. The hotel also has a 24-hour restaurant, which also has a variety of dishes, which is very rich and convenient. Other facilities include 24-hour chess and cards and 24-hour KTV. It is really complete and one-stop service. The three-day stay was very happy and comfortable. I will choose this hotel again if I have the opportunity in the future.

On April 20, 2024, I checked into room 5126 of the Wuxi Buckingham Palace Hotel. I had to pass through the doors of the confinement center to enter and exit. There were so many people and it was noisy. How could this be a hotel? Or a confinement center?

The decoration is very luxurious, the service is very warm, the most valuable thing is that we can check in early in the morning, and we took a break at noon before going out to play. It is much more considerate than hotels that can only check in at 2 pm. I am very touched! The fully intelligent toilet is equipped with a super old electric hair dryer. Girls need two hands to lift it hahaha

The room is relatively new, but it feels a bit weird, it really lives up to the name of Buckingham Palace

The price/performance ratio of this hotel is so good! The hotel is full of European classical style, the room is very large and luxurious, and it is also equipped with an oversized bathtub. It is so good to take a bath. The breakfast is rich and varied, which is a rare and arrogant breakfast. The room facilities are complete, comfortable, spacious and clean, and the price is not expensive. The overall feeling is the enjoyment of a five-star hotel at the price of a three-star hotel! However, there are a few shortcomings: 1. The location is a little bit off; 2. The service is not compatible with the hotel hardware, especially the attitude of the front desk staff is not good, disrespectful to the guests, and they are indifferent, delaying check-in or check-out. There is a feeling of bullying customers. Although there are waiters outside the front desk to help on the surface, it feels useless on the spot and they ignore it; 3. There are many charged items in the room, but the charges are prompted in very small fonts. According to the usual practice, guests are easily fooled (bath salts: guests can easily choose to use them as a matter of course, thinking that such a high-end bathtub with bath salts is a supporting service of the hotel. As a result, there are four small words on the bath salt bag: paid use of xx yuan) It's really a rip-off! Although the money is not much, this practice is disappointing and disgusting... It ruins such a good hotel experience!
