這是一家非常nice的酒店，地理位置很好，周圍就有大型商場，離地鐵也很近，房間也寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，出差辦公，讓我有一個良好的睡眠。前台的小姐姐員熱情服務，還幫我拎行李，令人倍感温馨，給我留下了深刻的印象。酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐，有很多選擇，味道好極了。

智能設施，環境衞生和服務都不錯，隔音稍差。去各景點基本都在公共交通1-2小時左右。退房時還送了小朋友禮物，感謝

第一次入住這個酒店，也是機緣巧合選擇了這家酒店，要誇讚一下前台小姐姐，服務態度很熱情，耐心回答我的問題，還給我安排了靠中間的房間，很安靜，貼心的提醒可以免費停車，酒店有機器人，點外賣可以直接送到房間，非常方便，距離黿頭渚很近，馬上櫻花季到了，推薦入住棧美酒店.

來周邊出差網上看到的這家酒店，酒店古色古香，訂的無窗，辦理入住時前台小姐姐服務熱情，免費幫我升級了帶窗的房間，由於訂的飛機晚點了，還免費幫我延遲到下午4點退房，前台服務真的超級棒，必須點贊，以後來無錫出差就訂這家啦！住了2晚，住宿體驗真的很棒哦

很讚的酒店，性價比超級高！！！大廳有提供免費的咖啡、糖果跟餅乾，我訂的無窗的房間，前台主動幫我免費升級了帶窗的房間，服務真的很熱情哦！房間還有免費的小零食以及可樂，超貼心，早上坐在大廳的沙發上休息小姐姐還會倒茶水或者拿礦泉水、簡直太加分了😁附近什麼顯雲街八方滙海岸城簡直就是吃貨的天堂好嘛！吃喝玩樂一條龍絕絕子，贊贊贊贊贊
