After driving all night to the hotel, I was extremely tired and told the lady at the front desk that it didn’t matter as long as I was quiet. The lady at the front desk seemed to be hesitant to say that because of the Wuxi Marathon, all the rooms were full, and then I understood. I am too lazy to bother, so I always book Atour whenever I travel, thinking that no matter what, chains like Atour provide standardized facilities and services. The result is that I can hear the conversations upstairs clearly, and the bed in this Atour hotel is not comfortable. The soundproofing is terrible. I almost never write bad reviews, but I really can't stand this one. The soundproofing is terrible! ! ! ! ! ! I even suspect that they cut corners during construction because the floor slabs are so thin. Another detail was that in the morning, during breakfast, a man sneezed three times at the food on the open plates. An employee saw it, but no one reminded him to turn his head slightly and not sneeze at the food. It's so disgusting that I really can't eat it.

Time flies. Many years later, I returned to Wuxi and found that a new Atour Hotel had opened in Taike Park. In my impression, Atour Hotel has always been synonymous with high-end and atmospheric. Sure enough, this stay gave me a very good experience. The enthusiastic front desk waiter Jiji brought me a fruit plate and goodnight milk, and the beautiful front desk waitress Yanjun packed breakfast for me in the morning. My blood sugar is high, so she specially selected some not-too-sweet food and vegetable salad for me, which made me feel particularly kind and warm. Atour's memory pillow also gave me a good sleep, and the hotel's late-night porridge also made people feel warm after eating. In general, this experience made me feel great value for money, and I was very happy to have this stay experience. The service provided by the front desk lady was very good. Every time I sat in the lobby, there was tea. The external environment was also OK. As for the hygiene of the room, there was a small hair on the pillow. I wanted to ask the aunt to change it, but later I changed the pillow on another bed in a standard room. In addition, the sound insulation in the room was extremely poor. I basically didn't sleep much. The room next door was probably a parent-child trip. The two babies were not big, and their crying was very noisy all night. The parents also beat and scolded them. I could hear it clearly in the room where I slept, so the sound insulation was not good, which affected my sleep...

The porridge arrived late at night: the porridge was not served enough, the steamed buns in the steamed dumplings were filled with ice but the waiter said they were ready to eat. Especially the dumplings, the waiter cooked them and brought them to the elderly but he didn’t notice that they were almost finished. When I tasted them, the meat was red. After eating, the elderly had diarrhea four or five times that night! ! ! !
