The quality of Atour is as good as always. The hotel is very new and close to scenic spots, which is very convenient for traveling. The deep sleep room design is very comfortable, and the bedding is comfortable. What is different from other hotels is that the pillows are all deep sleep pillows, which are great. I enjoyed a good sleeping experience and the office was also very comfortable. In particular, the staff member Peijia was warm and thoughtful, helping to heat up the food and serving special honey tea, which was very considerate. The breakfast is very unique, with Wuxi Xiaolongbao, which is worth recommending!

The hotel's facilities, environment and design all suit my preferences; but the deepest impression this hotel left on me was that every person we came into contact with was very friendly and down-to-earth, and every request was responded to; staying here felt like home. We spent more than twenty days here in total, and our whole family started to miss this place! oh! As a Wuxi native, the breakfast here has a very rich Wuxi-style dishes ❤️ Facilities: It can be said to be very new, but it does not have the smell of a new hotel and the facilities are not set up just for the sake of appearance. The lighting in every part of the hotel is very exquisite and comfortable; it is almost all the non-blazing yellow light that I like. The only downside is that there is no independent small centralized light source at the bedside in the room, which is a bit inconvenient and I can't read at night🤷🏻♀️ Hygiene: Toilets, bathrooms and sinks are all kept very clean. Service: Let me say it again, they have the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness that low-star hotels don’t have; they also have the intimacy and practicality that high-star hotels don’t have. I think it's perfect! What impressed me most: I loved their library so much; I finished reading two books while staying in the hotel; I have never read a book so spontaneously and efficiently in my life! The only pity is that there are no suites. If there are suites, I will definitely stay here next time! The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. When checking in, they enthusiastically explained the various services and answered all questions. It was great. The guest room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable to lie on. The room is warm in the cold weather, which is very nice. The breakfast has a wide variety of Western coffee, bread and cakes. Chinese-style fried eggs, stir-fried dishes and street food, as well as fruits and various snacks, are all delicious. Smart customer control is very good and easy to use. Especially the sleep mode at night is very good. If you get up at night, the night light will turn on, and it will automatically turn off after you go to bed, which will not affect your sleep.

The room is large, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, and the bedding is clean and hygienic. Alcohol pads are also available in the bathroom. Kohler toilet is very smart, and the Lifen hair dryer has strong wind, is comfortable and dries hair quickly. There are Chinese and Western breakfasts to satisfy different tastes. The front desk thoughtfully poured tea and hot water when checking in, and there were also souvenirs when checking out. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. There are not many places to eat around, but there is a FamilyMart next to it. The only downside is that I'm not particularly satisfied with the mountain view room.
