A family member booked it nearby. The room facilities are very good. The room is very clean and tidy. The mattress is very soft. There is a smart system in the room. The service is very good and attentive. Washing clothes are convenient, the dryer is convenient, and there is also a small fruit tray for check-in. ,Great!

The hotel is hygienic and clean, breakfast is served for one person, and the breakfast boss is attentive. The hotel also has an indoor garden. When checking in, a girl with glasses at the front desk asked her how to get the car into the basement. She didn't seem to know and was very perfunctory. We drove from out of town and didn't know how to get there. The other girls at the front desk I met again were very friendly.

來無錫跑馬拉松的，這家性價比不錯。房間挺大，也蠻乾淨的，本來擔心會有煙味，但一點都沒有。早餐品種不多，但該有的基本都有，味道也可以。前台小姐姐很有耐心，有什麼問題找她們都會一一解答。樓下有便利店，快餐店等，隔不多遠就是萬達，很方便。美中不足就是房間不是特別隔音，衞生間比房間裡邊高出一個台階，一不注意容易摔。整體還是不錯的，如果明年還能中簽錫馬，還會選擇這家酒店。

住了6个晚上，非常滿意。前台服務態度好，早餐不錯，房間空間夠，干淨無煙味。樓下有不少餐廳，找吃的很方便。附近綠化多，溜狗一流。不遠處還有萬達廣場，方便。

定的時享大床房，跟攜程照片完全不一樣，窗户是位於過道，相鄰另外一間房的門口，房間小到一張桌子都沒有，對於出差想要辦公人士來説非常不友好；前台小姑娘跟負責人來回溝通轉話，要麼就要加錢，要麼讓人退款，讓人很惱火！好在最後換房解決問題；有1説1，房間環境很不錯，智能語音控制，新裝修難免有點味道，但都能接受。
