The security guard is a threat to me. Not only I felt being followed by him in reception,in the lift and almost any time and anywhere when I got out of the room. Even I checked out at 4:30am , he was waiting for me at the hallway ….He looked straight into my eyes a few times. What a menace! What are you suspicious of me ? **** ….never had this happened to me before… it is an international brand hotel, why the hotel hired such rubbish security guard?

The front desk service is warm. The room is clean and tidy. The facilities are complete. The breakfast is delicious and there are noodles and wontons. The aunties are very friendly. There is a food street next to it. It is very convenient for eating and shopping.

We booked this Hanting Hotel at almost midnight for a spontaneous May Day trip. The hotel was newly renovated and very clean. The check-in experience was good. The check-in lady was very nice and explained various matters in detail. The check-out lady was also very nice. She interacted with the children and gave them small gifts. This is a hotel I would choose again.
