I was taking the IELTS at the Open University and had a few hours' break between the exams. I booked a room because it was close. I booked a premium king room, not a regular king room. It looked good based on the pictures. I don't know what the front desk had in mind. Did they see the time I booked and arranged a room in a corner for me? Very strange room type. The cleaner was always cleaning at the door. The soundproofing was terrible. There was no rest at all. The room was barely 10 square meters. The front desk had a bad attitude.

I like staying in Hanting very much, but I am not very satisfied with this hotel this time. The hotel environment is a normal Hanting environment. The surrounding environment is noisy due to road construction downstairs. The hotel's service is not satisfactory at all. To give an example: What makes me 9 I called the front desk girl to book a room at 703. I told the girl at the front desk that I had no place to go so I just wandered outside. I told the girl at the front desk that I should go check in at noon, but when I arrived at 12 o'clock, she said that my colleague had checked in. The guests checked in at 9:30, and I was completely shattered!
