This is the worst stay experience I have had since I started using Ctrip to book a room. Yesterday at around 3pm, I saw that it was a hot spring hotel and wanted to experience it, so I booked a large bed room with a window view for 300 yuan through Ctrip. When checking in, the front desk clerk asked me not to book a room online, but to book a room directly at the front desk at the same price. I refused, so I was assigned to Room 216, the farthest and most remote room from the front desk. Due to fatigue from the journey, I took a lunch break directly after checking in. After a while, I woke up and found that there was no even the most basic Internet, so I reported the real situation to Ctrip. Ctrip customer service quickly provided a solution and adjusted it to a first-floor room with an Internet price of more than 600 yuan. When I returned to the hotel at around 11 o'clock last night and changed rooms, I found that the door could not be locked. You could enter the room directly from the courtyard, and you could also see the shower room in the next room through the courtyard wall, without any privacy. What's even more ridiculous is that there is no hot water in the hot spring hotel. I ran the water for 20 minutes, but it was still cold. I had already taken off my clothes, hadn't washed myself and couldn't sleep, so I had to take a cold shower. The customer service asked me to change rooms, but I thought it was too troublesome. No matter how I changed rooms, it was still the same. There were very few people staying here. According to local people, this hotel relies on catering, not accommodation. The so-called hot springs are fake and not real. Not even the locals come to the hot springs.

To be honest, this hotel is quite remote. Although there are many animals next to it, which is suitable for taking children, it is very inconvenient to eat, but it is quiet enough! This room is big, but there is no TV. Originally, there was a TV when you looked at the pictures. Who knew that after upgrading the room, there was no TV. It was quite depressing... When I left, I said that I would give away hoofs, but it turned out that they were not available. I gave them large intestines. It was so hot that it broke when I got home. What a pity!

I took the elderly and children with me on this trip. I didn’t expect the hotel to be very luxurious! It is also very advanced and Xiaodu has a smart toilet. The area is also large and the stay is very comfortable. The hotel also has its own happy farm with horses, camels and ostriches that children like. There are also really rich recreational facilities such as self-driving trains, go-karts, archery arcades, and board games such as mahjong and billiards. I will stay there next time if I have a chance.
