The design is good, it just looks okay, but the overall service is far too poor. The sound insulation is so bad! You can hear the chat in the next room clearly! The service attitude is also poor. A hotel priced at 820 a night is not at all the level of interstellar service.

非常滿意的入住體驗，配套送的臉部清潔護理也很不錯。小眾卻精緻的酒店，房間設施都很雅緻，十分推薦。工作人員也都很友善，我家小寶寶哭鬧時還主動送小玩具，下次來無錫還會考慮入住。

由於事情沒辦完 又接着續住了一天 確實是感覺各個方面很不錯 退房的時候 還給我家寶貝送了一盒襪子 都很漂亮 下次回錫城辦事 還住這裏 推薦指數：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

非常棒的酒店，服務人員很貼心，七點多辦理入住，準備叫外賣，服務人員告知咖啡廳有簡餐，剛好也不想跑，點了一份88的套餐，來了一份有顏值的西餐，哈，沒點錯，還有機器人送免費水果，早餐也很棒，點了台式牛肉麪/海鮮炒飯，本以為這地段賣這個房價有點貴，體驗後才發現，真的是超級值哦，房間內的食物飲品全部免費，還是歐舒丹全套洗漱，戴森吹風機，調調不錯，推薦推薦，下次來無錫還會繼續住，也會推薦給朋友們來住，不一樣的體驗，店家很貼心，酒店還有送襪子！

酒店很新很乾凈，房間真的很大很乾凈，房間裏零食水飲料水果都是免費的，翻了下介紹的手冊發現衣櫃裏的襪子也是贈送的。 早餐可以提前點好，早上打了前台電話直接給送到了房間。前台小哥態度也特別好。下次有機會還會選擇這裏入住。

酒店非常不錯，房間相當乾淨整潔，整體入住感覺非常滿意，特別的是酒店的早餐可以免費送人房間，早餐也相當豐富！
