The hotel is in a good location, only a ten-minute walk from the ancient capital of Meili, and parking is also convenient. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is being renovated, and the elevator has to go to the second floor. It feels a bit inconvenient, but it doesn't matter. The hotel has specially arranged staff to help you send your luggage to the second floor. Isn't it very considerate?

A very good hotel. All Seasons Hotel has always been so good. The front desk service is in place and the hygiene is very clean. The housekeepers here are very hardworking, always smiling and considerate. The breakfast has a wide variety and is clean and hygienic. It is very cost-effective.

The room was clean and the waiters were very warm. The room attendants were very timely to deal with the problem in the room. The hotel environment was good, the room supplies were complete, the towels and quilts were also very clean, the living was very safe, there was demand downstairs and it could be met, and the parking space did not have to worry about 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I took my children to stay at the hotel before the typhoon came. This is my second time staying at the Wanda Meihua Hotel. It happened to be the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel was full of guests, the gym, laundry room, breakfast room were all bustling, and we had a different kind of Mid-Autumn Festival. There is a Dazhong Bookstore and Wanda Cinema next to it, which is very convenient for reading, watching movies and dining.

The room is clean and tidy. The bed can be moved and made into one bunk. This is better than many hotels. The room can only be controlled by voice, which is very convenient. The TV can also be projected on the screen. Parking is also convenient. There is an underground parking elevator. It’s direct access and there’s a charging station right next to it, which is very convenient. I’ll order Orange next time.

The new decoration smells like decoration. I bought formaldehyde remover at my own expense and put it next to the bed. I didn't take it with me in the end. I hope the hotel will not throw it away and continue to use it. Although it is newly renovated, the air conditioner is old and rumbling. There is a food court downstairs, but it is basically deserted and there are no people around. I would like to praise the service staff for their very good attitude.

Ordinary express hotel, the room is small, it is still relatively clean, I am a family of four self-driving tour, other things delayed the temporary decision to live in Wuxi, there is no such in the formation plan, but it is also good, Wuxi Lushan Taihu Lake view is also good, the children are very happy, Instead, the destination Jiangsu did not play anything, and all gardens had to be reserved. We didn't know that we didn't go in 😹. Breakfast is delivered to the room, bread cakes, soy milk millet porridge eggs are available, but not very good... But for buying products and services, if you care about the price, then you have to accept its shortcomings. You care about the quality and accept its price... Overall it is quite satisfactory, I didn't take photos of the hotel and the room

We encountered typhoon weather, and experienced various activities and dining in the hotel, which were very good. The hotel is a resort type, and it provides various entertainment activities very professionally and thoughtfully. The lunch in the Chinese restaurant and the breakfast in the Western restaurant are very rich, and there are dedicated people in charge of the gym and swimming pool. Janna at the front desk is very professional and provides timely help. I give her a thumbs up!

GGuest UserWe had a great time at this hotel. Our rooms were amazing, spacious and comfortable. The beds was perfect as always worry about a hard bed. The quality of the furnishings are high quality in the rooms with lots of lighting options, remote curtains etc and bath with feet and tv to relax in the bath. The tv has English movies which is rare based on our experiences of hotels in China. There is even a cinema with pre downloaded movie options that you can watch with English subtitles and cinema chairs. There are two large pools, one indoor which is really cool with dark lighting and very blue water and one outside which my kids were brave enough to swim in with a view overlooking the lake. The hot springs were hot and relaxing with Tea, milk and sulphur baths. We are in the restaurant for dinner and have good local cuisine as well as breakfast in the morning with western options. The staff hospitality is what set this hotel experience apart as the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Turbo was fantastic and spoke good English so he could help us with checkin and other requests during the stay. Thanks so much Turbo and your colleagues for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. A gem in Wuxi!

TTeresaLocation is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

The 24-hour front desk service was always available to assist with any requests or inquiries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly.

GGuest UserThe buffet breakfast was enjoyable. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, and showed great enthusiasm in their service even they could not communicate in English. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location next to a large mall made it effortless to find a variety of dining options nearby. On the whole, I was pleased with the overall level of service provided.
One area for improvement, however, was the air conditioning system, which tended to produce noticeable noise. Furthermore, there were occasions when I detected an unfamiliar odor (smoke) within the room, but I was uncertain of its source. Staff also could not help to resolve for those.

4) The location is excellent - it's really near to exit 27 of Sanyang Square Station (5min walk). There are shopping malls, restaurants and bakeries nearby
5) The setbacks ~ Decoration was outdated. There was unpleasant smells from the drain of the bathroom. We had to ensure that the bathroom door is close all the times. Suggest that the hotel do something to solve this problem.
