Stayed for so many times in the whole season, it is the worst experience so far, the main reason is that the room can not set the heating by itself. Especially in Wuxi at the beginning of April, the night weather in Wuxi was in its early 10 degrees, and I didn't bring more thick clothes when I traveled, and I felt cold every time I went back to the room. I considered asking the front desk if I could adjust the warm air, but I saw that the warm reminder has already stated that ”central air conditioning will run in a single mode uniformly”, and I lost the desire for consultation and communication. Another small problem is that the hot and cold indication of the bath is unknown, the location of the water is closed and the location of the sticker prompt does not match, and you need to twist a little more in the direction of the hot water to completely turn off the water. It is really difficult to believe that hotels at this price will set a single mode of unified operation with this logic. Shouldn't it be a unified operation of cold and warm air in summer and winter with a constant temperature, and the changing spring and autumn let guests adjust it themselves? I felt my cold so much. Some are a little angry, people are uncomfortable with a cold, the logic of expression may not be good, sorry. It is impossible to come back to this store again, and even left a little bad impression on the brand all season.

先來説一下優點 1⃣️工作人員的態度💯： 訂好房後，電話麻煩幫忙預留無煙+安靜的房間，是個男士接的電話，非常爽快，並主動告知該房足夠安靜但面積會稍微小一些，執行力很強，給顧客觀感很好！並且入住後發現確實很清凈，説明很用心。表示有朋友來，想一起吃早飯，想把兩天的單人早飯合在一天用，前台小姐姐表示不能合，但可以多送我一人早餐，真是意外的驚喜。 2⃣️早餐雖然類型不是很多，但現煮的麪好好吃！想知道那個細面具體叫什麼，想購入同款。 3⃣️馬桶圈自動加熱，這幾天降温確實很香！ 4⃣️位置極佳，地鐵口，滴滴到附近商圈、景點、動車站，都衹有1-2km。但又不在特別中心位置，就比較安靜。 説完優先説一些待改進的地方： 1⃣️洗手枱可以放置個枱麪小垃圾桶和紙巾，方便女生卸粧和洗完臉擦拭。可以參考亞朵酒店的，上次入住感覺還蠻方便和貼心的。 2⃣️枕頭可以提供一個硬一點，有支撐性的。更能滿足不同睡眠習慣的顧客。 3⃣️適當放寬窗户的可開距離。窗中窗，外加小縫隙，讓空氣不夠流通，住着有點像無窗房。 4⃣️做好廁所下水道防臭和串味。入住這邊最大困擾就是有味道，把廁所和浴室門都關了稍微好點。但一上廁所一開門味道又會飄出來。導致住了兩晚後，頭髮上也有明顯的房間同款異味。本來想換的，但當晚沒房了，睡了一晚發現除了有點味其他確實很不錯，就繼續住下了。 如果能把味道這個事情解決了，以後每次來無錫都想住這了！

Stayed for four nights so comfortable! Quiet, clean and spacious! Quiet in the middle of noisy, just a little outside the bustling commercial street, walk in to eat, drink and play, walk out quietly, walk in and out for five days! Hotel location is perfect! All electrical appliances in the room are controlled by Xiaoai voice. Jing'an Temple is outside the window at night, and you can see the whole night view! The happiest hotel is next to Wuxi's two restaurants ”Xixin Hotel” and ”Luzhuang Chao Wangji”. Happy to eat! ! The hotel is a few hundred meters walk from the subway. We take Line 2 directly from the high-speed rail station to the hotel. There are also robots going up and down to deliver things!
