休年假，帶着長者、孩子到武威玩，看到小red book上有推薦這家酒店，於是定了下來。從武威東站過來，大概二十分鐘的車程。酒店工作人員訓練有素，辦理入住十分迅速，給兩個孩子配了小童牙刷和拖鞋。酒店的這棟大樓中間幾層有保險公司和月子中心，共用電梯，但是到客房樓層需要刷卡，很安全。客房乾淨整潔，每天都有打掃衞生、整理床鋪。剛到那天，迫不及待點了放哈的黃瓜漿水還沒來得及喝，失手掉在地上，奶茶杯破了撒一地。馬上叫了正在同層打掃衞生的保潔大姐過來清掃，大姐響應迅速，馬上處理而且全程態度都非常非常好。酒店離南城門不遠，附近的伊興手抓羊肉、小黨嘉峪關烤肉特別好吃，我們是在武威租車，附近也有神州的服務點，總之非常方便。

Hotel hardware conditions are OK, but some room hardware needs to be repaired. The small toilet rod is cracked, and the towel side is already hairy. The temperature of the bath water is not enough. Mainly from the service reception, I can't feel the enthusiasm, and no one takes the initiative to greet you. Booked rooms also charge a deposit as high as the price. These are rare in other hotels in Wuwei. Staff do need to strengthen training in the service of software. You can learn from Jinwu Hotel, and there is still a gap.

優點：位於市中心鬧中取靜，有較大的院子停車場。分南北樓，南樓設施相對較新。客房服務很好，床品毛巾都不錯，床較硬適合老年人。西北酒店早餐較南方而言相對簡單，但營養可以能吃飽。缺點：前台的設定非常奇葩，讓人對整個甘肅旅遊產生歧義（尤其是第一次來甘肅）。主賓位置顛倒，客人感覺處於上個世紀八十年代落後地區的體制內酒店，尤其碰到前台工作人員業務不熟練還態度傲慢（某位中年胖女士）。這種奇葩的前台設定拉低整個甘肅旅遊的形象。幸而之後的酒店都沒有這種情況，讓人重回現實社會。

this is my second time in Wuwei. Of course i decided to stay in this hotel again. The owner and staff are the friendliest and warmest people. The other customers i met were also very impressed. The hotel is spotless and everything is high quality. The shampoo, soap, pillows, bedding, shower, toothbrush are all high quality. The location is great too. Near everything. This hotel is really super comfortable! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I liked the modern, simple and elegant decoration style here, and the room facilities are complete. The most important thing worth mentioning is that Xiao Liu at the hotel front desk gave me two bottles of hot water and a card holder when I checked out. It was very thoughtful and left a deep impression on me!
