The bed was a comfortable cloud, the bathroom was spacious and the shower was incredible, especially after a long cold day cycling. The staff was so kind and helpful! The security guard helped me take my bike to my room, and another staff member helped

首先非常滿意的是酒店的服務特別好，不管是前台、保安大叔還是每一層的大姐，都笑盈盈的，讓人有種賓至如歸的感覺。還提供了免費洗衣服務，洗完了還給送到了房間，停車也非常方便。唯一不足的就是酒店空調不制熱，武威晚上還是有點冷的，但是開着空調一點也不熱。其他都挺好的

總體住的還可以。熱水晚上有點供應不足，所以想洗澡的人可以早點洗，或者等第二天早晨洗。

入住酒店體驗感非常好，第一個遇到的就是保安師傅，然後就是前台接待，客房大姐，服務銜接非常到位，特別好。
房間的設施設備比較齊全，建議提供浴缸套，浴缸裏面還是有污垢的。
再提一個建議，夜晚房間自動照明太亮了，還有一個設定在吧枱，半天都不能關閉，有些影響睡眠。
