I must praise the service awareness of the staff: I took the initiative to help carry the luggage when I checked in. When I learned that I was catching an early flight, I also kindly reminded that I could take away breakfast; the cleaning lady would leave a handwritten greeting note when cleaning, and the front desk guy also gave a local specialty souvenir when I checked out.
