The hotel staff were very friendly and honest. The moment they discovered that my Ipad was left in the room, they immediately called our driver. But we were already in Zhangye..The hotel offered to send the Ipad to my last destination via courier.
I am very grateful of their professionalism and prompt action
The rooms were cleaned and hotel is strategically located.

A warm welcome upon arrival. The two ladies who were in the reception hall to welcome visitors were very helpful in organizing our tour to the Tiantishan grottoes.
Room is spacious and clean. Also bathroom is clean.

I came here for a trip during the Spring Festival. I saw that this hotel had a high rating on Ctrip, so I chose this hotel. Sure enough, this hotel did not disappoint me. After entering the lobby, a butler helped with the luggage. MLX checked in very quickly at the front desk, and the space in the room was relatively large.
