酒店房間很大很新，豪華房還帶浴缸，但是我們918房間居然洗臉池沒有冷水衹有熱水，洗臉洗衣服都不方便，但是酒店有位服務員特別不好，我們三間房間，兩間房間大人去要都給了額外兩瓶礦泉水，然後讓孩子去要第三個房間的兩瓶水，鍛鍊一下孩子的交際能力，靠近大門的服務員就問房間號，然後不肯給，説要付費，15元一小瓶的農夫山泉，你怎麼不去搶銀行，錢還來的更快，打擊小朋友的積極性，絕對差評

人生第一次的差評貢獻給你們店，要了一個至尊套房和一個豪華套房，剛進去的時候覺得環境還挺好的。結果這麼大的酒店竟然沒有熱水？！！晚上九點半打電話問前台，説是住店人太多，讓等幾分鐘，這一等，等到了第二天早上十點，依舊是沒有一滴熱水，冷水冰的要死，硬生生堅持隨便洗漱了一下，真的是太糟糕了！！
