Disadvantages: The setting at the front desk is very strange, which makes people confused about the entire Gansu tourism (especially this is the first time to Gansu). The position of the guest of honor is reversed, and the guests feel that they are in an institutional hotel in a backward area in the 1980s, especially when the front desk staff is unskilled and has an arrogant attitude (a middle-aged fat lady).
