為了去冰溝河在武威住了三晚，酒店後面就是鳩摩羅什寺，離雷台也很近，步行過兩三個崗可以到南城樓，停車方便，裝修很好，房間大，訂的雙床房帶浴缸，有浴缸套，旅遊回來可以泡個熱水澡很舒服，酒店旁邊吃飯購物也方便，有個步行街，一個大型的新樂超市買東西方便，旁邊有當地有名的馬有布牛肉麪和烤串也很不錯，酒店每天可自助礦泉水，早餐豐富，口味也可以。酒店內部隔音效果很好，很安靜，唯一問題是雙床房是臨街，窗户隔音效果稍微差些，好在我們每天回來比較累，影響不算大，總之，總體情況還是很滿意的

行程裏最早訂這家酒店，很滿意。前台小姐姐看我帶着孩子給升級了房間，很涼快，不用開空調，夜晚超級安靜，睡得很舒服，感謝！設施齊全，細節都做的太好了，房間乾淨整潔，有馬桶墊，有晾衣繩，浴巾也是單獨用袋子裝好的，等等；洗衣房太友好啦，去武威沙漠玩了回來，洗衣烘乾，方便，如果時間比較緊張，可以留便利貼，還有小姐姐幫忙烘乾摺好衣服放袋子，送房間，打理得很整潔；因為住的太好，碰到的人兒都很好，改簽了票，繼續逛吃；鳩摩羅什寺離酒店很近，步行可到；酒店附近吃東西，購物都很方便；下次還來，武威值得多停留幾天！

辦理入住速度很快，房間乾淨整潔，床單被褥都完全沒有異味。設施很新，空調製冷很快，窗外的視野也不錯，遠望鳩摩羅什寺。阿姨每天都會及時打掃房間，更換洗漱用品，細節處做得很到位。地理位置也很方便，周邊吃飯、購物都很便利。下次來這邊還會選這家酒店，性價比高，值得推薦

體驗非常好，不論是環境衞生，地理位置還是酒店的服務都很滿意。特別要提一下酒店的烘乾機烘衣服方便，早餐很豐富，是我西北之旅住的幾個酒店裡麪最用心的，讓我們吃到民勤蜜瓜，小油桃，涼州特色麪等特色食物。關鍵是價格能夠匹配上服務，發自內心的點贊。

第一次來武威，在攜程上看了很多，最後選擇了這家，沒有讓我失望，原本想着能有80分就可以了，沒想到是90分，性價比太高了，浴缸帶着一次性罩子，衞生，每天玩得累了，回來泡一泡，太舒服了，早餐也很贊，品類繁多，值哭了，房間也收拾得很乾凈，前台也很熱情，有求必應，孩子的拖鞋還特地問了是女寶還是男寶，下次去武威還住這兒，走幾步就到了兄弟烤坊，那條街吃得不少。

原本訂的不是這家酒店，後來看了一些評價後又改訂了這家。果然是改對了，酒店不僅地理位置好，離武威的大部分景點都非常近，而且服務特別周到，每日還有衞生承諾卡來保證房間衞生，提供馬桶套和浴缸套。酒店有自助洗衣房。早餐也比較豐盛。瓶裝水也無限量供應。

五星級酒店的設施配套 衞生是責任制 所以酒店的毛巾 浴巾 布草等 都非常乾淨舒適

根據點評選擇了這家酒店，可能期望值太高，落差挺大，其實作為一家中檔酒店總體水準還是可以及格的，但是與點評得分比還是屬於難副其實，餐廳就餐高峯，現場管理人員專業性差距就明顯了，就餐無人引導，導致高峯現場現場混亂，就餐搶位，餐食品質味道與武威同檔次酒店相比屬於中下水平，東西不少但味道的確很一般，當然吃飽還是沒問題的，酒店裝修風格可能是仁者見仁智者見智，喜好各有千秋，但設施的確已顯陳舊，硬件不行軟件來補，但是房間衞生的確細節把握不夠，床頭裝飾窗格內積累了厚厚的灰塵，也許酒店經營者可能希望住客別忘了咱們還是身處西北，風沙還是在所難免。旅遊期間價格溢價可以理解，但是服務品質也要和價格匹配。
