我們今天退房了，晚上的火車去武威，把行李存在酒店前台的，晚上吃完飯七點回來酒店在這邊坐着等晚上十二點的火車去張掖,小姐姐超級好的，給了自己的暖寶寶給我們用，還給我們燒熱茶，真的超級感動，武威真是不錯的地方，下次來還住這裏

一路新疆自駕過來，為了看鳩摩羅什寺來的武威，房間整體還行
有點矛盾不過解決了
早餐説好吃的， 難道都是不健身的人嗎？
豆漿和咖啡都是甜的 沙拉也沒有
水果也沒新鮮 沒啥好吃的呢
另外早餐時間也很早 9.30就結束了

新開業的酒店。
衞生乾淨整潔。房間內稍有裝修後的味道。
環境不錯，酒店前地面挺車場很大，但到晚上會全部停滿。看牌照本地車居多。
服務還可以，接待人員規範的接待服務有待提高。為什麼需要客人交壓金不做解釋。
設施都很新，建議四部電梯最好聯動起來。

酒店非常棒，設施齊全，設計大氣，環境優美，房間很大，衞生乾淨，特別點贊餐廳部胡經理工作認真負責，非常有耐心，整個服務團隊服務都很周到。而且餐廳的菜品，實材味道都很好，這個酒店給我帶來的入住體驗非常棒，價格公道，強烈推薦！

🌟 位置：雖然不是在景點旁邊，但是周邊美食小店扎堆，無論是遊玩還是覓食都超方便。
💁 服務:還是比較認真，熱情的。但是前台解答電話可以在培訓一下。
🏨 房間：很新，床品柔軟親膚，躺下就不想起來，浴室乾濕分離
🍳 早餐：種類比較豐富，需要再加一個現磨咖啡機。有本地特色小吃也有西式餐點，食材新鮮，味道地道，吃飽喝足再出發，一整天都有活力。
酒店也會接一些婚宴慶典，大家入住之前可以諮詢一下有沒有。有婚宴慶典的時候，走廊裏人會多一些。建議酒店最好把普通入住和婚宴客人安排在不同樓層。會有更多好評。
