所有來武威出差也好，旅行也好的人請看一下這條評論，這家酒店可以説是武威最差最差的酒店，辦理入住時候給前台講可以幫忙安排遠離電梯間的房間。前台説可以，給我安排的房間正對電梯間，右側還是保潔人員專用電梯間，夾在中間。然後下午小憩一會，整個房間過道沒有任何隔音，外面保潔員嘻嘻哈哈沒心沒肺大喊大叫，肆無忌憚聊天吵鬧，房間沒有任何隔音效果，60平房子床位靠近房門，只有一面玄關擋着。提醒過後保潔人員不吵鬧了，我給經理説明天早上不會吵吧，打掃衞生請下午來。第二天早上9點開始未通知的消防安全檢查，聲音巨大的警報開始吵人。快到10點保潔一頓敲門打掃衞生，我的房間門口開的那麼明顯的請勿打擾，門鈴按不了也要敲門。整個酒店就是暴發户那種感覺，沒有一絲絲服務意識及管理，人員培訓及態度極差。以上所説全部為真實情況，這輩子住的最吵最吵的酒店，甚至不如快捷酒店。來武威住店的朋友千萬別來這家，希爾頓及金陵大飯店都可以選擇，別被房間大小及其他騙來入住！！！切記！！

豪華景觀房寬敞明亮，設計典雅，舒適度超預期。
被告知酒店尚在試營業期間，覺得硬件配置高端，但服務檔次還有待提升，從個人體會提出如下建議：
1. 吸煙區禁煙區需明確化，並且酒店要嚴格管理。親身經歷客人在標着“禁止吸煙”的電梯裏大搖大擺吸煙，驚掉了下巴。房間裏和大堂隨處可見煙灰缸，意思是所有室內均可吸煙嗎？確實多次碰到客人坐在大堂的會客區吸煙。高檔酒店這樣的，實屬第一次見。
2. 房間裏的馬桶抽水不力，親自到前台反映兩次，從房間打電話反映2次，整個住房期未見有人檢查處理。如廁後憑運氣沖水：有時馬桶會抽，有時不會，實屬尷尬。
3. 客房沒有配冰箱，父母帶的中葯不好存放。
4. 客房沒有配保險箱，這個檔次的酒店不配保險箱也有點意外。
5. 服務人員挺熱情，但下午3點敲門進客房問要不要客房清潔也有點不妥。明明客房早上已整理過了，吵醒了睡午覺的長者。客房清理過沒有客房工作人員沒有記錄的麼？
6. 預訂了豪華景觀房2間2晚，入住後發現兩間不一樣，其中一間小很多。又返回前台，才給更換成另一間景觀房。我就是問，酒店猜客人發現不了兩間不一樣嗎？為啥不按預訂給分派房間呢？
7. 床很舒服，卧具舒適。

酒店前台小姐姐的服務非常出色!讓人感覺格外親切，我換房房間落下物品處理非常迅速，為我節省了很多時間。她的細心也讓人印象深刻，有任何問題她都能及時解答並提供幫助。總之，她是一位非常優秀的前台工作人員，值得點贊!隨便提一句。還送免費贈送早餐了。
