①酒店衞生死角較多，不像24年開業的樣子，倒像是舊酒店翻新，希望平台部門認真核實，供其他消費者參考。
（後續：攜程客服説和酒店溝通，是盤下了原來的舊酒店做了點升級改造所以當新開業。所以這樣能寫新開業嗎？？）
②酒店早上不到8點就開始施工了，且走未在入住時告知消費者，我住的是6樓，入住時間是25年8月，供參考是否入住。（前一天反饋説第二天9點開始施工，然後第二天還是7:45就開始了）
③該酒店和樓上金璽酒店共用一棟樓，一個大堂（兩個前台），共用一批前台工作人員，供參考酒店形式。
綜合以上：如果大家選酒店是考慮新開業的話，建議選擇其他真正新開業酒店。

真的差評，到了酒店天黑了，酒店門口的停車場保安不讓進，態度非常不好，解釋了是住店的客人，保安歪着帽子，虎着臉説“滿了”，再不理我們，沒辦法打電話給前台，全程不耐煩説旁邊小區進地下停車庫。無語，保安就不能告知一下嗎？好容易到了大廳，前台兩名服務員虎着臉，愛理不理，我帶着兩位80的長者，一個半大的孩子，好傢伙也不知道哪裡得罪了兩位前台，安排我們在走廊的盡頭的房間，**********，太狠了。早上退房看見個管事的人，就吐槽了一下，經理一下就跳起來質問我，説有問題為什麼不給前台講，可以換房間呀。唉，晚上11點多洗澡10分鐘浴室的水全漫出來了，馬桶的按扭也一按壞了，房間的沙發椅舊的一坐就往下滑。我都洗了準備睡了咋換房間？我一個**志難道穿着睡衣去前台嗎？啥酒店呀，我受了罪還要讓酒店訓嗎？不知道是攜程騙我假4鑽，還是酒店騙攜程假4鑽，反正就是騙人的4鑽，設施舊，服務差，早知道就住旁邊的希爾頓歡朋了，越想越氣。

入住體驗非常滿意。位置優越，交通便利，周邊生活配套齊全；乾淨整潔，網絡流暢；環境安靜。溝通順暢，可以點餐送到客房，餐費實惠。唯一不足：在停車場遇到了豪車賣茶葉騙子。

酒店裝修高大上，有一種豪華的底藴。酒店位置及停車場管理都很適中。房間設施應有盡有，衞生間分隔合理，還有浴缸，可惜沒用（因熱水不足）。前台及各樓層服務熱情，給人賓至如歸的感覺。早晨品種豐富，餐廳優雅。唯一不足房間的地毯味有點遺憾。

房間設施比較齊全，輕奢裝修風格，衞生間乾濕分離無異味，比較滿意，房間衞生基本還算好，唯獨沙發上有很多頭髮未經打掃，對整體房間的衞生有很大的影響，其它一切都還不錯，也是性價比比較高的一家，以後經過還會繼續住。
