前台服務員態度差。房間有蟲子，浴巾破破爛爛的有洞，特別是2025年4月17日晚9:30的前台服務員，本來有蟲子協調換房間就行，服務員態度惡劣，且説話陰陽怪氣！這是我住過的酒店裡服務態度最惡劣的服務員

4月17號晚班前台服務員服務態度極其惡劣，房間裏有蟲子，死活不信去房間看見蟲子了還想毀證據，一副誰欠了她幾百萬似的，以後在也不會住他們家了，房間毛巾也是不衞生

房間很乾凈，服務人員很有親和感，酒店高級感，很不錯的酒店，以後出差還住這酒店

酒店的房間寬敞明亮，佈置温馨，設施完備。位置不錯，周邊出行方便。
然而，服務態度方面卻有些不盡人意。前台工作人員辦理入住時不夠熱情，客房服務響應也比較遲緩，這在一定程度上影響了入住體驗。
不過，酒店的餐飲還算出色，味道也不錯。
