設施：設施還是不錯的，全屋智能，基本該有的有有，水很熱很足，就是智能馬桶不能加温，冬天有點凍pp
衞生：衞生沒得説，東西都是新的
環境：環境沒得説，沒有味道
服務：服務也沒的説服務員提供了6瓶塊泉水

因公商務出差，入住該酒店，體驗非常好，首先房間寬敞乾淨及整齊，早餐豐富。其次前台服務人員很熱情，服務周到。最後工作服務人員，尤其是客房打掃古姓工作人員，因工作繁忙，請她協助洗晾衣服，均非常貼心收好並掛起來，非常周到。

一樓是辦酒宴那種專業的場合，側面上電梯才能到住房這邊，新開張的酒店，各方面還是比較科學和人性化，在無為已經算很不錯的啦

這個酒店不説啦，差的不行，剛開業的，服務態度不行，就知道推卸責任，去他家辦婚禮，這個不給那個不給，協商方案把話説死，但是到別人那裡就可以，真的是看人説人話，咋的，覺得我們付不起，還是不配得到你們的服務，後面問他們問題，就一味的説自己沒問題，還説是我們自己沒弄好，説第二天給我答覆，一天不回覆，還要我主動找他，一句還在婚禮現場，對對對，你從早到晚就沒休息過，真搞笑，問了兩個問題一直就轉移話題，他們也不會給解決方案，最後我也懶得爭論了，錢就當施捨了，不差這幾個

設施除空調聲音比較大外還是挺好的！早飯也比較豐富。因房間安排在7樓，8樓的包間在營業時會不時有拖凳子的聲音。
