Very good location. The room was clean when we arrived (cleaning was not done between the two nights). Confortable bed. No breakfast. The soundproofing is bad. There is a large gap between the door and the wall. It would be wise to repair it and close the corridor in relation to the reception area and the stairwell. It was very, very noisy.
