I looked at the details before booking the room. There are air-conditioning facilities. After checking in, there are air-conditioning equipment, but it can't be used. I called the customer service and the customer service sent someone to send a heater. The heater is very noisy and must be turned off before going to bed, otherwise I can't fall asleep. The room layout and hygiene are still OK, but the other feelings are really bad. Because it was already late when I arrived at Wutai Mountain, I didn't want to toss, so I chose to stay.
