踩雷了。剛從五台山回來。在攜程上訂的這家酒店“千墨靜雅”房型，500多元，沒想到是半地下。窗外是路基，常年不見陽光，一進屋就是一股發黴的味道。屋內冰冷，沒有空調暖氣，電視是壞的，想掛衣服，有衣架沒有掛衣桿，熱水時有時無。跟前台交涉，回答這個價格就是這個條件。要求加錢換房間，答覆沒房間了。晚上冷的睡不了覺，多次找前台，最後才給了個熱風扇，穿着衣服勉強對付了一宿。
後來瞭解了一下，這一排的房間原來都是堆雜物的和服務員宿舍。可能生意太好，改成房間了。關鍵是訂房間時沒有明確提示，到了才知是地下室。

訂的是千墨酒店B1層25平方米房，給你住的是千墨別苑1樓17平方米房。
我們訂不到車進山的通行證，坐免費巴士到總站。酒店沒有接送也沒有提示，需要拖着行李箱走800米的斜坡路才能到。

卫生：⭐️上一晚住客的頭髮床和地上有很多

避雷吧，服務沒有，晚上到的，公交到不了那麼遠，別的酒店都是接的，這是説太晚了沒有車，這也能理解，到了門頭連個亮燈都沒有，也不主動告你從哪個門進，門頭都是黑燈的，還得一遍遍打電話問從哪個門進，將近600的房價，住的是地下室，還是樓梯口房間，早晨早早的就開始吵死了，咱也不知道評分是怎麼來的！

體驗非常差，來過五台山幾次了，這次選擇住在這裏真的是糟糕，根本沒有任何服務可言，你提出問題他們從來不覺得有任何問題，衹會跟你抬槓。入住第一天枕頭床單味道特別大，床單上還有血跡，強烈要求下才給重新換了，紙抽也是空的，第二天捲紙用完了，到下午也沒人來打掃，自己去前台要紙，還被反問保潔沒給換嗎，我説保潔根本沒來，前台又説他們沒有多餘房卡，一個房間就一張，他們進不去，真的無語，這個價位不算便宜，也不應該匹配這樣的服務，前台永遠一堆人紮在一起不知道幹什麼，要説話需要等他們很久，也得不到好的態度，隔音也差，下次再也不會來，和評論裏看到的完全不一樣

太垃圾了！我去了好幾次五台山，想着這次住個離五爺廟近一點的酒店，結果太垃圾了。我的訂單是可以當天10:00辦理入住的，結果我們中午12點左右到了，告訴我房間還沒收拾出來，需要我們等着，我當時就懵了，我説我的訂單10:00就能辦理入住了，前台看了以後沒話説，説是給我免費升級，我的訂單是地下室（B1），我當時又懵了，我説我訂的有窗户啊，結果前台讓我看了訂單還真是寫着一個小小的“B1”（週日461的價格居然還是個地下室，你們衹要在那住過的肯定都懂合不合適），最後按照前台説的給我免費升級8208（居然緊挨着樓梯，那叫一個熱鬧），好吧，這些都忍了……房間的無線根本沒法用一陣一陣的掉線，最關鍵我自己的5G在房間里根本沒信號！大家不要再去這家了！真的太垃圾了！這個價格461（週日入住週一離店）真心不值！之前住過的300多的民宿都比這家好太多了！衞生間的門破爛不堪，而且衞生間臭氣熏天！他家這個“B1”絕對屬於欺詐！
