真是一次美好的旅行，由於沒有預約到車輛小哥哥非常的熱情免費接送。並且還詳細的介紹了五台山的景點！服務員也很熱情，房間乾淨住的很舒心！服務到位還特別叮囑早飯！吃的很舒服，值得推薦！下次一定還來。

住了兩晚上，一個302.一個親子306。民宿設施除了洗澡噴頭漏水以外就是水壓不夠水流跟尿尿一樣，306房間洗澡噴頭缺皮墊那水漏的後來簡單整一下算是把澡洗了。早晨的早餐沒吃，時間太早，6點到8點半。咱們再説服務，第一晚上302房間比較小帶孩子有點施展不開跟前台聯繫，接電話的服務態度特別好而且熱情周到説第二天讓我們換一個親子套。第二天我去要水，服務員房掃那眼神真的要吃了人一樣，我拿水眼睛就瞪着我也沒吱聲。臨走前清晨我去前台要水，前台説了，你是攜程訂的房到時候給我們一個好評就行了。給我了兩瓶水。你們家怎麼那麼特殊呢，家大業大差點功德林的水？老孃不是買不起，怎麼的都到了被人施捨的份兒上了？？就這服務簡直太次。我花1000多塊錢住兩晚上，怎麼的，喝幾瓶水就不行了？你們家的好評都是這麼來的吧？！配合圖片吧，證明我去過！

看得出來老闆當初裝修的時候，是很認真的在做民宿，裝修風格和設計非常用心，有統一清塵（泉）別院logo的床品，洗漱用品，還貼心滴準備了針線包，還有獨立的掛衣架很多酒店都沒有，對於外出幾天的人來説簡直太需要。房間金色白色主色調，搭配了藍（我不太能描述是哪種藍）為點綴（抱枕，窗簾），衞生間的古銅金色花灑，馬桶，洗漱台都是認真配的，新中式的感覺。沒預約車進不來，酒店的車到咀口公交站接送，進門必給客人掀門簾，很暖心的細節。美中不足，房間枱麪衞生細節需要加強。晚上前台小妹給房間送了一大桶清泉寺的山泉水，非常貼心了。一樓有簡單的早餐，還是方便。

房間還是比較乾淨衞生的，位置離龍泉寺非常近。這家民宿會接送遊客，這一點非常非常好。當天上山的時候沒帶厚衣服，酒店這邊安排師傅直接送我們到山下把衣服拿回來，第二天大早送我們去殊像寺遊覽，遊覽結束又來鎮海寺接我們。服務這塊兒沒得説！

因為還願，接着又去了一次五台山，毫無猶豫的還是選擇了清塵別院，店裡接送及時，師傅很熱情，無論從價格還是質量環境都是五台山民宿的佼佼者。因為帶着小孩老闆給免費升級了房型，期待下次還能有機會住到這間房[呲牙]

酒店衞生很仔細乾淨本來來五台山之前就考了酒店衞生的疑慮來了之後發現這家酒店的衞生真的特別乾淨服務也很好老闆很熱情早上還有免費的早餐味道也非常棒還把我們免費送到景區在路上也給我們講了一些避坑的事情酒店內裝修的非常別緻給人一種很豪華清凈的乾淨還有健身房可以去使用整體的感覺就是能體驗到真正的五台山環境中的生活非常的符合強烈推薦！！下次來了必須再來
