你要説緣分這個東西我是真真的很相信，臨時決定五台山去，在家訂好了酒店，因為沒約車輛進山號衹好把車停在了1號停車場，步行走進了遊客中心，折騰到了半夜原酒店老闆一直打電話就説太晚了要不你就選擇在遊客中心住下，我也衹好選擇老闆建議，我就看見了現在的寇老西酒店，訂好後老闆娘就馬上打電話説過來接我們，其實就是幾百米的路程，但是老闆娘怕我們太冷就還是要接我們，晚上帶着孩子，老闆娘特意給店裡人打電話説顧客有個孩子趕緊給安排個暖和的屋子讓我們住下，安頓好後老闆和老闆娘把所有的事情都給安排的妥妥的，這個是我來了好幾次五台山住的所有的酒店裡都沒有體驗過...

老闆人熱情，接送，拿行李等等，但是衞生一般，裏面的洗漱用品特別差，拖鞋都爛了，一次性拖鞋也沒有，還是我去要，説沒有了，但我穿啥？最後服務員拿了一個新拖鞋給我，電視也是個擺設，她🏠也有底商飯菜，但我沒吃，看了評論就那樣，景區好不哪去，跟對面的那個土老炕酒店相比，差多了，主要在於設施不好，房間也比較擠，沒有對比就沒有傷害）

酒店非常新，應當是新建或新裝修的，房間非常整潔。離南門售票處非常近，停車很方便，旁邊還有國網充電站。

1空氣能的嗡嗡聲持續到凌晨一點，影響睡眠2半夜居然從枕頭底下爬出個大黑甲蟲3床單有類似墨水似的污澤，應該不是一天一換差不多算是住過的最差賓館

房間整體還不錯，基本設施都有，就是床上有頭髮，還有污漬，不是很乾凈，阿姨和大叔的服務很好，等到我們半夜還來門口接我們，早上走的時候還送了小朋友飲料，贊一下

衞生實在是太差了！一進屋味道特別大，床單都是臟的，衞生間馬桶也是臟的，洗臉池臟的都不能用，兩家人住了一晚都沒洗漱！
