簡直太棒了 我們到的比較晚 天也冷 前台小姐姐提前幫我們開了空調 早餐也很棒 去各個景區很方便 可以在酒店那邊做10路車 服務人員態度都非常好 這次和父母一起住的 他們體驗感都很棒

自駕來的，酒店好停車，大堂一進去就感覺很清新，整體很乾凈，裝修風格也顯舒服，前台服務員前後碰到了三個，都服務很好！諮詢景點情況也很有耐心的解答👍，房間裏面衞生也很好，整體評價很贊，值得推薦👍👍

環境很好，新裝修的，有洗衣烘乾，公共區域提供咖啡和茶，很不錯，服務員態度很好會主動打招呼，早餐也還可以。附近有汽車充電樁，但是服務人員不清楚，可以培訓一下附近的充電樁加油站超市都在哪，剛到五台山很多遊客可能都需要。還有帶長者孩子的，可以儘量往二層不用走樓梯的樓層分分，我們還要下一層，些許不方便。行動方便的人可以上下樓梯走走

新開的酒店，特別新，感覺我們房間是第一次住人，洗手間的花灑很大洗澡特別舒服，服務員會主動打招呼，態度很好，早餐也不錯。全屋天貓智控，晚上不冷有地暖，不用開空調。可能因為新開的關係感覺服務人員對景區還不太熟，可以加強一下培訓，約車呀二次入山之類的，比如可以登記二次入山，但是車不能出去，可以把景區電話留個給客户諮詢相關情況

位置交通便利，酒店新開業環境很好，好久沒住經濟型酒店，這次的入住體驗超出了預期的效果！服務也很好，早餐很豐富！衞生細節做的也很好👍很值得推薦的一家酒店！很棒很贊！
