酒店乾淨，乾淨，位置非常好，旁邊就是景區進山口，走路5分鐘就到，非常方便，住的時候人很多，有個姓陳的小姑娘一直在忙，但態度很好，耐心回答問題，退房時還送了水，和水果。有個姓姚的客房服務小姑娘服務態度很好，會把沒來得及拿的衣服的疊整齊，送到房間。

這是一個被藝龍集團收購的酒店，屬於連鎖所以我們入住也比較放心，旺季所以能訂到這個價格酒店還是新裝修的覺得很開心，酒店寫着24年新的裝修，一開始擔心有甲醛，後面入住一點沒奇怪味道，晚上休息也很安靜，房間空間敞亮。 環境：新裝修的都很好，吹風機也好用👍 服務：重點説下服務他們家幾個小姐姐都好熱心，我們上山早早退房，下山後又回來休息一下準備離開五台山，小姐姐幫我們主動倒水，到咖啡哦，水果也是免費吃的總體讓我們都感覺很好。 酒店位置就在上山停車場旁邊的 ，進山公交車也在不遠處坐。 總體五星好評 ，畢竟出遊體驗感最重要，服務行業服務大過一切。 下次再來還會住這裏。

這個是個其他酒店改過來得，位置挺方便，就在五台山景區南門門口，住的時候酒店內部餐廳沒營業。就是一排二層房間，沒電梯，搬行李很不方便，也沒人幫你，這個真不行，房間也很小。就住一晚而已。千萬導航到酒店要提前看，不能走北門進南門出這條線，千萬看看下地圖。北門晚上確實可以進，不要相信什麼自己開車進去，能包車不要開車進去，堵的找都找不到，根本不方便。

酒店很新，略有新裝修的味道，設施完善。一樓是個單人床，二樓有三張單人床。一家4口出遊剛剛好。空調在一樓，二樓沒有空調 不過大暑時節，也不熱。晚上睡覺不開空調很舒服。另外：酒店位置也不錯，距離五台山南出口很近。

房間是兩層的結構，每層都夠高，空間很好，適合家人出遊，因為沒有預約到進山的車，所以，這個位置是最好的了，酒店設施很新，有空調，馬桶智能，前台張女士，李女士很熱情，感謝！樓前飯店，住宿的打85折！
