1.房間裏沒有電視，空調這種最基本的設施……還好也算涼快，沒用到空調
2.最受不了的是熱水器，水壓非常不穩…剛開始一直是涼的，直到給前台打了電話📞才給調成熱的🥲🥲🥲，我也是無語了…
3.樓板非常非常薄，噪音問題十分嚴重，根本無法休息，半夜兩點才稍微安靜一些，早晨五點又開始吵了，樓上嘩嘩的流水聲還有各種喧嘩聲…無法入睡
4.訂房後給我們換了房型…從雙床換到了大床，房間也是緊靠樓梯，位置很差，另外app上的介紹是山景🥲🥲🥲結果房間非常非常小，衹有一扇小窗户，打開是室內唯一可以通行的樓梯🥲，如果不拉窗簾毫無私隱性，最主要的是窗簾是語音控制的，喊了很多遍根本無法控制🥱🥱手動也拉不開
5.購買的時候説是含兩份早餐，結果前天晚上在溝通時一直在和我們講景區有很多好吃的早餐，並推銷我們多住幾天，也沒有告知早餐地點，早晨我們起來去吃飯，想去詢問地點，結果發現大廳一個人也沒有，打電話也打不通😅😅，於是衹能先開始行程，一直到最後也沒吃到早餐…
6.景區大巴根本無法直達…早晨兩個人走了好久，走到中途遇到了客棧的車，一上車就開始講其他客人給了150小費，暗示我們給💰才能接送…全程沒有理會，最後將我們送到了最近的車站
7.因為行程很不滿意，所以九點多就決定離開，離開時老闆臉色很不好，也沒有提出送我們到車站，還是自己叫的車…打車費用➕10086……🥱
總結：全程衹有兩個男性工作人員，幾乎沒有任何服務…………就是擺爛的狀態，根本不值800塊😅😅

客棧設施很新，裝修的很好，設施一應俱全，出行首選客棧，客棧衞生也很乾凈，整潔舒適，讓人心情愉悦。價格實惠，服務態度非常好還可以推薦遊玩的路線，下次來還要住這裏。很不錯值得推薦👍👍👍

五台山🈶很多的客棧，還有好的賓館，不過我們都喜歡他家，乾淨，衞生。用具都不錯。老闆人也非常好。前台小姑娘很熱情，需要什麼衹要和她説就可以。我們訂了7個房間，我很喜歡榻榻米的房間，窗口還🈶一個小飄窗。坐在那邊喝喝茶感覺非常好。
