沒能預約上五台山車，所以一直沒有敢定下住宿，到到了北門後無法進山，衹能到未預約停車場停完車才臨時定在這家住宿。
打了老闆電話後，老闆立馬錶示可以到停車場來接，我們衹需要10分鐘的時間。
晚上老闆也表示可以送我們到停車場來拿車，等到12點他們接到放行消息後就會通知我們帶着我們過去，這個真是太感謝了。方便了我們第二天穿山而過的行程。
抵達酒店後，老闆也主動給我們升級了家庭親子房其實就是一個大通鋪床墊，像大家説的有點薄，但是像我們這種睡眠質量好的人根本都不在意，已經累的倒頭就睡了。
衞生間和洗漱台等於就在房間裏，沒有乾濕分離。這個一兩個來説應該不是問題。
小娟雖然在弄堂裏，但是所在區域也算一個民宿和店鋪集中區，所以在那邊找地方吃飯，包括逛逛小攤或者坐公交（集福寺站）出行都非常方便。
早飯可以在樓下解決，晚上經營的那些飯店早上都擺攤做早餐，15元/位吃到飽，但限一個雞蛋。

位置還可以，就在集福寺附近，可以停車，吃飯很方便，衞生還可以吧，年輕人開的，裝修有調調，就是馬桶圈壞了不能固定，使用要小心翼翼，床頭的充電插座壞了一個，希望注意檢查修繕。

這是第七次來到五台山，因為距離五爺廟非常近所以選擇了這家酒店，以前住的都是連鎖這次體驗了一下名宿，這個酒店超乎我對五台山酒店的認知，服務態度比連鎖好太多了！不僅車接車送開車還特別穩當，很人性化的考慮有長者小孩的旅客。酒店環境也特別棒乾淨衞生裝修也很有風格，對於有強迫症的我都忍不住拍了幾張照片。

我們兩個人出來遊玩的 這個民宿交通位置很優越 到哪裡都不算太遠 我門如果去很遠地方和老闆商量 即使很晚老闆依然開車過來 真的很好很復責任 老闆的態度讓我很安心 裏面環境那種安靜舒服的感覺讓我賓至如歸

第一次來五台山，喜歡他們家的裝修風格選了這家民宿，整體來説非常滿意，酒店在中心區位置，周邊配套還不錯，廣場有好多賣工藝品的，緊挨着廣化寺，路邊有好多旅拍的小仙女，前台姐姐耐心給我們做了去寺廟路線規劃，還推薦了當地口碑好的幾家飯店，民宿房間挺乾淨的，爬完黛螺頂挺累的回酒店沖個熱水澡太舒服啦，挺温馨的有種回家的感覺哈哈哈，牆裂推薦，下次來五台山還住這裏！

訂房官網標記15～25平方，但實際房間大部分皆只有11～12平方，與現況事實不符，欺騙訂房客，行李箱無法打開，浴室排水堵塞嚴重無法排水，洗手台沒有熱水，晚上03:11分，民宿員工還在大聲聊天導致完全無法入睡。衛生紙也沒有更換過，只留下前一位客人所用留剩的3分之1完全不夠用。
