前台服務很差，房卡給錯導致三人間最後被訂出去。房間無熱水，夜裡停電，床硬被薄加的被子很臟。攜程上打分真的很準，4.5分以下的房間慎重選擇，她家3點多分也就勝在停車場很大，但是內部設施簡陋，不乾淨，服務態度差。

這裏非常的好就是有億點點不滿意，就是有幾個燈不亮而已沒撒的，就是牆上有個洞而已沒啥大問題，就是沒紗窗被咬了5個包差點癢死了而已，就是有個假的電腦用不了欺騙感情而已，也就地板磚翹起來而已，也就沒有插座充不了電而已，也就空調吵得睡不着而已，真沒啥大問題！！！！！都説痛苦可以使人成長謝謝富麗華讓我這麼成長了一把！也就被肯了100多吧！沒啥的！！！！

服務員三次不詢問，直接刷卡進入房間！！！中午入住，花錢補了差價從大床換成了高端標間，跟普通標間看不出什麼太大區別，房間電視也挺老的，衹有衞生間有一個垃圾桶，房間內沒有配垃圾桶。但是，入住兩小時，服務員第一次刷卡進入，當時我女朋友在房間裏，直接大聲呵斥，阻止服務員進入，第二次，早上讓前台送吹風機，房間沒有配備，服務員敲門不等任何屋內反應，又直接刷卡開門，第三次，我們續了房間，下午五點第三次直接刷卡要進入，我們還在房間，服務員説要查房。？？？我們還在房間住要查房？？？

設施：除了最基本的洗漱剩下啥也沒有，牀頭櫃連插座都沒有。電視打不開，連接電視的插座都是壞的。無線網絡沒有標 wifi 密碼，房間沒有前台的電話，難道讓我跑下去問密碼嗎？情侶房沒有那啥就算了，連兩瓶水都不給嗎。
衞生：地毯桌子都包漿了，我真的懷疑你們是不是在天天打掃衞生，床硬的我手肘撐一下就破了，現在都結疤了，離譜的很。
環境：床頭燈有一個還是壞的一閃一閃的，真的走點心吧。
總結就是，體驗極差，不會來了。

嚴重與圖不符，地板嘎嘎響，水龍頭一打開房頂上面也嘎嘎響，再也不會去住了，隔音效果極差，在換個酒店比這個好太多了，床單也是破的，要不是來的晚累的很我就換了，大家看清楚啊，特別是來出差的人，不要被圖片騙了！！！

酒店在院內，有很大的停車場，房間裝修時間有點久了，設施還是比較新，該有的都有，床也比較軟，比較乾淨，整體很舒服

不給一分是想留點體面。
一開始訂的房間，兩個床都沒床頭，其中一個床是塌的，頭低腳高，沙發椅是壞的，整個房間是那種極度破舊的感覺，這樣的房間怎麼能達到售賣條件呢，怎麼忍心掛出來賣呢？
最後到前台加付50元，升級了房間，貌似是豪華標準間，也衹能説很一般。可惜沒有拍照片讓大家開開眼。
跟工作人員服務啥的都沒關係，純粹是硬件問題，最後強烈建議大家如果逼不得已訂這家酒店，儘可能買貴點的房間！
