房子不給開空調老闆怕費電？怕費電開什麼酒店啊還高檔型！！！連賓館都不如！最後不給退房子前台讓加錢去升級酒店，無語至極本來就是酒店的問題，憑什麼讓消費者買單！！！掛羊頭賣狗肉別給圖克丟人了！趁早倒閉了！純粹欺詐消費者了，誰住誰倒黴！

設施：設施完善，基本上該有的都有的了
衞生：公區衞生很乾凈，房間內部的話可能某些流程上還需要改進
環境：酒店環境不錯，房間也很大
服務：服務挺好的，不過距離一些大城市的酒店服務水平還有一些距離，不過對於一個鎮上來説確實已經很驚喜了

酒店位置和設施都不錯，但是新開業的還是有味道，辦理入住的時候問了一嘴前台是不是有味道，前台説雖然開業時間短但是試營業很久，應該沒什麼味道，但是我覺得我入住的那間房味道還是挺大的。另外第二天早晨七點多就開始裝修，完全不考慮客人的休息，非常影響睡眠，聽得清清楚楚，一直裝修到十點多，後來打了酒店前台電話才停止。真的沒法休息，打膨脹螺絲的聲音，敲東西的聲音。

衞生可以，但是前台服務很不專業，可能是新開的原因吧，對比一些連鎖快捷酒店整體服務差一些，屋裡有電腦桌子，但是沒有插座，樓道和電梯指引不太明確，比如洗衣房根本沒有指引。房間智能設施還是可以的，新裝修的還是有一些味道。
