我是第一次給酒店差評，之前出差長期住這裏主要是因為離辦事的地方很近，但是這裏真的是一次又一次刷新我的底線，記憶中衹吃過一次這裏的早餐，後面就再也沒去過了，因為很差（你想象不到的差）；上一次來就覺得這裏的空調是壞的，還以為是我的房間有問題，結果昨天過來換了房間依然還是壞的，冬天晚上能把人凍死，更離譜的是我在攜程訂241的房間，開發票的時候居然説它們衹收到了65塊錢，衹能給我開65的發票，剩下的金額還要我補15%的税金才能全額開給我，我就想問你這條件憑啥還敢收200多一晚上，我絕不是胡説，實在是忍無可忍了，下面是我唱長期在這住的截圖，奉勸大家如果不是特殊原因非要住這裏，在巫山多走幾步，寧願打個車，這個價位的酒店真的比這好太多，後續我是不會再過來了，再見

每次來巫山都住這個酒店，乾淨衞生，前台桃桃服務熱情周到

辦理入住時等待時間較久 入住後早餐供應嚴重不足，8點去的時候阿姨説的就衹剩粥了，其它菜品全部空盤，喊給點雞蛋，麪包和饅頭給小孩吃，也是回答沒有了。如果不能保證客户的需求，為何還要售賣含早的房間。

下次不會再來，房間很潮濕，進門就能聞見很大一股黴味，感覺床墊就是普通的席夢思床墊，不是乳膠那種，衞生間還有衹很大的蜈蚣在到處爬行，嚇**了，可見衞生堪憂，偌大的洗漱台居然沒有放梳子。體驗感不好！
