Service was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and functional, everything you need was there. The bed was too hard for me personally, I haven't slept so badly in a hotel bed for a long time. The location to the city center is a bit of a walk, we were on bikes, so it wasn't a problem. Storing bikes is problematic because there is no lockable cellar/garage. The bike rack was at the back, accessible to everyone. Breakfast was good, selection OK, there are bottlenecks at peak times, the service quickly replenished. For some it wasn't fast enough, but there are always complainers.
